Thank goodness they didn't have technology like we have today for recordngs. The recordings at tht time were done from beginning to end without pause. If someone made a flaw whether the vocalist or one of the musicianbs they would have to start all over until they got right. So these old recording of the 30s and 40s and maybe into the early 50s are real time sessions. What a treasure these od records are.
